Refund policy
A 10-day return policy applies to orders in general. This means you may request a return within 10 days after receiving your item.
Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom
Customers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom may have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day they receive the item, without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@bunbuku.pro with your order number, name, and the item(s) concerned. For orders that have not yet been shipped, you may also request cancellation through the same contact address.
To be eligible for withdrawal or return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including any accessories, slipcase, obi band, booklets, or other accompanying materials, and as close as possible to its original condition. Except in cases of defective items or incorrect delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After the item arrives back to us and we have inspected its condition, we will refund the eligible item price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
