Business hours / Store information: Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day. We do not operate a physical storefront. We will respond to orders and inquiries within 3 business days after confirmation. Temporary closures will be announced in the site header. 
Selling price: The selling price is the amount displayed on each product page (tax included).
Additional fees: Bank transfer fees, consumption tax (included in product prices), and shipping fees: ¥350–¥700 for domestic shipping in Japan (Click Post / Letter Pack / Yu-Pack).
International shipping fees vary depending on region and shipping method. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment methods and timing: Credit card payment: charged when the order is confirmed.
Bank transfer: payment must be made within 7 days after placing the order.
Delivery time: Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For pre-order items, details will be sent by email immediately after purchase.
Delivery method: Shipping (domestic: Click Post / Letter Pack / Yu-Pack; international: international parcel) or direct handover.
Returns, defective items, and cancellations: For customers in Japan, returns are accepted only if there is a problem with the item and must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Returns for customer convenience are not accepted. Except in cases where the item is defective, we generally do not accept returns. For used books, please carefully check the condition before purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing. Shipping costs for exchange due to incorrect delivery will be covered by our store. Customers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day they receive the item under applicable law. Please see our Return Policy for details. 
Return period: Within 10 days of delivery. However, for customers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the item is received.
